Job Description:

1. Major in organic synthesis or drug synthesis, with more than 2 years of work experience or doctoral degree;
2. Rich experience in chemical (drug) synthesis;
3. Self-motivated, responsible, strong in development and innovation, Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
4. Possess certain Chinese and English literature retrieval and reading skills;
5. Those who have some experience in synthetic manipulation experiments are preferred; those who intend to develop long-term in the drug research and development industry are preferred.

Job Requirements:

1. Under the guidance of the researcher, be able to complete the corresponding research records or reports;
2. Be able to assist in the completion of the chemical synthesis work assigned by the researcher;
3. Able to communicate technically with colleagues.

Job Description:

1. Master the means of literature retrieval, and be able to read English literature;
2. Have certain synthesis experience, and be proficient in synthesis, separation and structure identification skills;
3. Design the synthetic route of the compound under the guidance and put it into practice;
4. Optimize the whole process of pilot test, pilot test and amplification of the project.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in organic synthesis and pharmacy is preferred, with high professional ability;
2. Able to complete the synthesis project of the required compound alone, with work experience is preferred.
Working hours: 8:30-12:00; 13:00-17:30;
